This location is absolutely amazing! Every stylist I’ve been to has done such great work. Bre fixed my hair from a Salt Lake location and she was so professional and thoughtful. Not only does my hair look amazing but she gave the best scalp and neck massage. They also kept my tea refilled and offered snacks was a great touch!!! Such a well run, incredible business!

Stylists are incredible - reschedule policy is insane. I've been going here exclusively for 2 years and had a family emergency happen and while I completely respect the stylist's time and would be happy to pay a cancellation fee, you have to pay for the service in full. So sorry my grandma died, I'll should've picked a more convenient date for that to happen. Lost client permanently.

2nd time coming to this salon as I am only in the area seasonally. They did a great job w my blonde full highlights, but my stylist added on multiple additional charges without telling me! One was for an extra bowl of color ($50, I guess since my hair is longer) and second was for my root smudge. I expected the total to be about $125 as they told me on the phone for a Jr Stylist but it ended up being $260 after tax and tip. I just wish there was more transparency during the process! This did not happen to me last time I got my hair done here. Would not have done the $60 root smudge if I had known the cost ! Also took 4+ hours when the “full highlight” listing says only 180 minutes (3 hours). Before pic attached below for reference on how long my hair is (since that seemed to add 1.5 hrs to my appt as well as the $50 charge)

Great salon. Friendly and talented staff. Fun vibe/atmosphere. Stylist of different levels/experience to suit your need and budget. They offer cuts for adults as well as children, and all other services expected in a salon (color, treatments, blowouts, special occasion styling, etc). Large range of products for sale (shampoos, conditioners, gels, etc), including Kerastase. Free parking outside. We have always had a great experience here.

I love going to Lunatic Fringe and have always had a great experience! I started going here about 3 years ago, looking for a really good haircut. I read about their stylists on the website and made an appointment with Kate. I love every cut she's ever given me! I was so pleased with her work, that she started to highlight my hair too. And I continue to love what she does to my hair! It's never looked better. Kate knows a lot about hair products, gives me lots good advice, and we have really great conversation. In addition to Kate's expertise, the salon experience is fabulous! The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming! Plus, they have lots of snacks and beverages, which is great if you're there for a long time. And they all give a great head/neck massage when they wash your hair. I love Lunatic Fringe!
